LARGE BUDDHIST MANUSCRIPT WITH PAINTINGS.
Tibet. 19th c.

Ink, pigments and metal on paper. Mountings from silk. Cover plates from wood. Inside on the first pages six paintings, each in pairs on one side showing the Buddha in bhumisparsa and dharmachakra mudra. Also the Bodhisattva Manjusri with Shadakshari and Chenrezig with the wrathful Vajrapani. Height 15cm, 49x21cm. Condition B.
