OAK AND GREEN COLOURED HORN PENDULUM CLOCK LOUIS XV ON CONSOLE.
Paris. Ca. 1750. Julien Le Roy.

Oak case veneered with green coloured horn. Gilded bronze applications. Enamel dial. Serpentine console decorated with scrolls and blossoms. Upright rectangular, scalloped
case with respective applications and doves. Round dial consisting of 12 cartouches with
Roman numerals and Arabic minutes. Rectangular pendulum mechanism with verge movement,
thread suspension and half-hour chime on a bell on top. Height in total 98cm.
The movement inscribed Julien Le Roy à Paris.
