Spyros Vikatos was one of the Greek-born painters who studied at the Munich Academy and who promoted the connection between the two countries for a long time.
Condition:
Lightly stained painting surface without colour loss.
Canvas presumably trimmed around the edge.
Glazing overpaintings in the lower area below the collar and in the upper left corner. There the surface is slightly wavy and with kick marks.
