Maker/Designer: Die Uhr De Beefe, Lüttich.
Technique: Oak wood carved, acromatic glass.
Description: Lower section with two doors, two drawers above. The door panels and bevelled corners are
filled with carved floral arrangements, rocailles and lattice decor. The unusual display
cabinet is fully glazed on three sides. The front opens with two larger side doors and a
narrow door in the centre. The raised centre is crowned by a cornucopia and functions as a
clock case.
Measurement: 272x155x61cm.
Mark: The clock inscr. "De Beefe Liege" (Abeler p.55).
