ART NOUVEAU GEMSTONE-PEARL-ENAMEL BROOCH.
Date: presumably around 1900.
Material: 750/- yellow gold, hallmark, platinum, tested. white and black enamel.
Total Weight: ca. 8,5 g.
Measurement: ca. 4,0 x 3,9 cm.
Diamonds: 2 diamonds in rose-cut, in total ca. 0,04 ct.
Gemstones: 1 peridot in carré-cut ca. 0,8 ct., 3 pink-colored gemstones in oval- and cushion-cut in total ca. 3,7 ct., presumably tourmaline.
Organic Matter: 4 round seedpearls Ø 3,0 mm, white, growth characteristics.
Description: Jeweller's mark. Filigree bar brooch, complemented by an oval pendant with floral gold elements and delicate enamel decoration.
Condition: Good condition for its age, minor to medium traces of wear in the form of small scratches in the gold. Gold on the stylised leaves visibly oxidated as well as several places on the back side of the brooch. Underside of the seedpearls adhesive residues are visible. White enamel partially slightly discoloured.
