Measurement: 52 x 36cm.
Notation: Dated, signed and titled verso lower right: May 78 Nicholson (Still life with curved black form). Here inscribed as well: 3980.
Frame/Pedestal: Framed (72 x 52,5cm).
Condition:
Slight rubbing in the paper with brownish abrasion in the lower right margin. Occasional slight creases in the lower and upper sheet area. Small loss of paint in the centre of the depicted area (ca. 0.1 cm). Sheet minimally discoloured and corners minimally bumped. Verso: sheet slightly discoloured. Traces and remains of an old mounting in upper corners. Occasional brownish stains. Otherwise the work is in good condition.
