BULBOUS GLASS VASE WITH METAL MOUNT.

Date: Ca. 1930/40.
Description: Shaped from metal wires, an almost implictly spherical metal frame with geometric
ornaments, its struts converge to form a continuous foot. In this frame, a mould-blown
vase body with a bulging shape, which is curved outwards at the spaces between the metal.
The glass surface is etched with grooves in a second step.
Measurement: Height 26cm.
Mark: Inscr. on the base 'Daum Nancy, France' with Cross of Lorraine & 'L. Majorelle', sandblasted.
