Title: St. Georg und der Drache.
Date: 1959/60.
Technique: Oil on canvas.
Measurement: 48,5 x 33cm.
Frame/Pedestal: Craftman's frame (61,5 x 47cm).
Condition:
Slight dust deposits. Minimal craquelure in places. Minimal soiled surface. Small loss of paint on the horse's flank (approx. 0.1 x 0.1cm). Under UV light selective retouching in the upper half. Otherwise in good condition. Not examined out of the frame.
Enclosed with this painting is a confirmation by Dr. Wolfgang Henze, Galleria Henze, Lugano.
This work is a design for a mosaic at the house of Georg A. L. Schünemann, Bremen.
