ELEGANT GOLD-EARRINGS.
Date: Pesumably ca. 1820/1830.
Material: 333/- yellow gold.

Measurement: Length ca. 8,1 cm.
Description: Cannetille earrings made of fine gold wires and thin hammered sheets in a filigree decorated lantern shape. The technique was inspired by embroidery, and cannetille work can be found in almost all European countries in the 1820s and 1830s.
The proceeds will go to a charitable foundation.
Condition: very good condition for its age, slight traces of wear and oxidation on the eyelets and occasional dark streaks on the rounded gold elements attached at the bottom.
