Title: Mixed Lot of 2 Etchings.
a) Fritzi Massary. Etching on thin vellum. 26.5 x 20 cm (39 x 29 cm). Signed. Also
inscribed by a hand other than of the artist. b) Wilhelm Furtwängler. Etching on Japan
paper, rolled onto laid card. 24 x 18cm (38 x 30cm). Signed and numbered. Ex. 19/100.
Condition:
a) Moisture stain on the chain. Slightly and irregularly discoloured. Occasional minimal foxing. Slight creases in the margins. Three tears in right margin, backed with adhesive tape on verso, adhesive strips penetrating recto. Remains of old mounting on verso as well as slightly and irregularly discoloured. Otherwise in good condition. b) Minimally discoloured. Remains of old mounting and minimally discoloured verso. Otherwise in good condition.
