Condition:
Painting area minimally dusty. Retouched damage to the canvas to the right of the signature, backed on the reverse. Poorly restored hole in the canvas lower centre. Slightly rubbed area under the signature and unevenly applied varnish. Slightly worked-over contour of the back of the sitter's head as well as selective retouching in the background.
