Title: Mixed lot of four drawings: "Varhof vom Waltershof gesehen"; "Bauernhof", "Das elterliche Wohnzimmer". Enclosed: Reproduction after the drawing "Häuserreihe".
A) "Varhof vom Waltershof gesehen".
Pencil drawing on brown paper. At the upper edge verso mounted in mat with tape. 27 x 41,2cm. Locally inscribed and dated lower right: "Varhof vom Waltershof gesehen. / 19 Sept 99", as well as work number lower right.
Condition: Sheet minimally discoloured, creases in the upper corners as well as in the upper left area. Stained in spots, particularly at the lower left edge.
B) "Haus Hohengrund".
Study on the painting "Eigenes Nest" (Eder G393).
Pencil drawing on brown paper. At the upper edge verso mounted in mat with tape. 26,5 x 41,5cm. Dated by a hand other than that of the artist lower right (1900) as well as work number.
Condition: Sheet slightly discoloured, slightly stained and with dark-brown stains on the upper left. Green paint stains on the upper left (inherent to the work?).
C) "Bauernhof".
Pencil drawing heightened with white chalk. At the upper edge verso mounted in mat with tape. 22 x 30,4cm. Monogrammed (inscribed by a hand other than that of the artist?) lower left: "Fr. K.".
Condition: Minimal light-edge, sheet slightly discoloured.
D) "Das elterliche Wohnzimmer" (?).
Watercoloured pencil drawing. At the upper edge verso mounted on paper with tape, paper in turn mounted in mat. 30 x 36cm. Monogrammed lower right: "Fr. K.", titled lower left by a hand other than that of the artist, work number lower right.
Condition: Sheet slightly stained and foxed, irregularly trimmed edges. Holes from rice board pins in the four corners as well as at the upper centre.
Enclosed: Reproduction after the drawing "Row of houses".
Photographic reproduction of a pencil drawing by Friedrich Kallmorgen. Verso mounted in mat with tape at the upper edge of the sheet. Sheet size: 32x x 44,9cm, image size: 21,3 x 33cm. Work number of the original lower right.
