The etchings are in immaculate condition. The glassine cardboard of the book cover is slightly wavy. The box shows minimal signs of wear.
Book binding consisting of 'The Discovery and Calculation of the Speed of Light' by Olaf Römer and "Die Entdeckung und die Berechnung der Lichtgeschwindigkeit" by Wernher von Braun bound in glassine cardboard, in acrylic glass case (44.5 x 34 x 3 cm)..
