Title: Europa auf dem Stier.
Date: 1954/55.
Technique: Bronze, brown patinated.
Measurement: 16,5 x 18,5 x 0,2cm.
Monogrammed with artist's signet on the lower left.
Gießerei Barth, Berlin.
Condition:
Minimal rubbings of the patina in the edges. Verso minimal scratches. Otherwise in very good condition.
On of 21 casts in total from the second edition. The second version of the plaque is different from the first due to the year 1955 instead of the Greek inscription EUROPA, it is partly cast - similar ot the lot at hand - without a year.
