Occasional minimal creases in the margin (visible in backlight). One small tear at upper right corner (ca. 0,8cm). Minimal staining in lines at upper margin. Verso discoloured spots as well as remains of an old mounting. Otherwise very good condition.
With typographical imprint: Gerhard Richter Dombauecke 1988/98, edition of 1000 copies for the Zentral-Dombau-Verein zu Köln.
