Condition:
(a) Very good condition. (b) Minimally worn and minimally discoloured page edges. Minimal staining and minimal bumping of upper left corner. Otherwise very good condition.
b) From the first edition of 2,000 copies signed in print. This was also issued with 150 copies signed by hand and dated 1986. a) From the later edition published in 2003.
