Date: Around 1860.
Maker/Designer: Carl Martin Weishaupt & Sons.
Technique: Gold, silver, old-cut diamonds.
Description: Bombé shaped with finely chiselled ornamental décor on the bottom and on the sides. On the
lid, inside a chiselled laurel wreath and a diamond frame, oval medallion with an affixed
monogram under a crown. Three old-cut diamonds on each side.
Weight: Approx. 177g.
Measurement: 4,5x9x7cm.
Mark: Inside on the bottom marked: Inspection mark Hanau, standard 14K, maker's mark Carl Martin Weishaupt & Sons, court jewellery masters. On the side of the lower edge no. 3239.
