LARGE, PARTIALLY GILT SILVER CENTERPIECE IN GOTHIC STYLE.

Maker/Designer: Bruckmann & Sons.
Technique: Silver with gilt interior.
Description: Large round foot with godron decor and decorative frieze. The sturdy shaft with straight
lines. On top the widely protruding body with a strongly humped surface. A wide decorative
band runs around the centre, decorated with large blossoms between tendrils. The hooded
lid humped correspondingly to the walll and with a knob reminiscent of a gothic finial.
Weight: 3410g.
Measurement: Height 47cm, ø 29cm.
Mark: Crescent & crown, standard 800, maker's mark. NR.10931.
