Verso signed, inscribed 'Diessen a.A.', titled 'Die Hesperiden' and numbered '525'.
Georg Schlegel lived in Diessen am Ammersee from 1924 to 1932. The inscription on the verso and the numbering make it likely that the present work dates to the second half of the 1920s.
