Title: Großer Schwemmereiter.
Date: 1939/49.
Technique: Bronze, brown-patinated.
Measurement: 70 x 64 x 6cm.
Foundry Mark: Foundry mark lower right Erwin Barth Berlin.
Condition:
Slight dust accumulations in the reccesses. Occasional minimal incipient verdigris in the reccesses. Occasional minimal rubbing of the patina, e.g. at the ear of the posterior horse. Occasional slight traces of paint. Verso dust accumulations. Verso dust accumulations in the recesses as well as remains of a tape and minimal remains of plaster. Otherwise in good condition.
It is one of the posthumous recasts from 1949 that are mentioned in the catalogue raisonné.
