Measurement: 75 x 106cm.
Notation: Signed lower right: Kanovitz. As well as titled, signed, dated and inscribed verso: FRANKFURT GRID Kanovitz 1997 29 1/2'' x 41 3/4'' charcoal, acrylic / paper.
Condition:
Minimal crease in the lower left corner. Verso remains of an old mounting and minimal stainings. Otherwise very good condition.
We thank Carolyn Oldenbusch Kanovitz, the artist's wife, for kindly confirming the authenticity. The work will be included in the catalogue raisonné currently in preparation.
