On the back side of the work is a label with the stamp of the National Gallery Prague.
Provenance:
- Private collection Southern Germany (directly from the artist)
- Together with Zdenek Sýkora and Hugo Demartini the most important representative of Czech Constructivism
- The circle is an important basic element in Kubicek's art of painting
- In his contrasting diptychs the transformation of his characteristic circular elements becomes most clear.
