JEWELLERY WATCH.

Origin: France.
Date: ca. 1900.
Clockwork: hand wound, cylinder escapement, bridge/cock, 10 rubies as bearing.
Case/Wristband: 750/- yellow gold, chain with blue enamelled elements, dial silver-plated, tritium coatet, steel hands.
Total Weight: ca. 36.5 g.
Measurement: Ø 47.0 x 18.0 mm.
Description: Small Punktstein with milgain setting as decoration of wings and head, both wings above
crown fold-out. Verso lavishly engraved and stylised legs of the beetle. Additionally,
matching chain with enamelled elements which are connected with chain-links. Clockwork is
visible after opening up the body of the beetle under glass. Eyes with red gemstone. Good
condition, enamel partially discoloured, wings cannot be closed, dial discoloured, enamel
partially misaligned, 1 small stone on left wing missing, work stands still and is in need
of restoration.
Movement: slightly oxidised, scratched, in need of revision, stands still.
Dial: good condition, slightly scratched, oxidised, original hands.
Case: good condition, slightly oxidised, scratched, slightly damaged, original chain.
