Minimal staining at the foot lower left. Minimally creased. Otherwise in very good condition.
The sheet was created as a template for the gouache 'Bumstead out of the Window (for Christine and Bill)' from 2000.

- Private collection Dr. Martin Hentschel, Berlin (directly from the artist).
