Technique: Pencil on transparent paper.
Mounting: Mounted on card with adhesive tape in all four corners.
Measurement: 25 x 21,5cm.
Notation: Presumably inscribed by a hand other than that of the artist on the card lower centre: 'MAIDEN' PAINTING 1964-5.
Frame/Pedestal: Framed. Not examined out of the frame.
Provenance:
- Kasper König Collection, Berlin (directly from the artist)
- Wesley exhibited at the 50th exhibition at Portikus in 1993
- His works can be categorised between Pop Art and Minimal Art
- Erotic depictions are often reduced to absurdity
