Technique: Oil on canvas.
Measurement: 129 x 103cm.
Notation: Monogrammed lower left: CH (ligated). Inscribed verso on the stretcher upper left: K. Hofer "Baum".
Frame/Pedestal: Craftman's frame.
The painting was examined and confirmed by the Karl Hofer Committee on 7 October 2021.
According to the catalogue raisonné, the work was on loan to the Landesmuseum für Kunst- und Kulturgeschichte in Oldenburg from 1949-1953.
