Title: The Story of Red + Blue.
Subtitle: Complete map work of 20 colour silkscreens.
Date: 1989.
Technique: 20 colour silkscreen prints on vellum with cover sheet and title page.
Measurements: Various dimensions. Sheet size: 56 x 42 cm each.
Signature: Each with certificate stamp from the Keith Haring Estate on the verso, signed, numbered and dated by Julia Gruen.
Number: 26/90.
Frame/Pedestal: Portfolio.
The colour silkscreen prints in the portfolio offered here do not yet have the printed signature and date in the lower right-hand corner of the page. In addition, the handwritten numbering of the individual motifs is missing. The portfolio was a gift from Haring to the managing director of the Mankopf printing company in Düsseldorf, which produced editions for the Galerie Hans Mayer in Düsseldorf.
