Condition:
Slightly wavy due to mounting. Two minimal brown stains at lower left margin, one at the centre of left margin and one at centre of right margin. Verso remains of an old mounting, minimal bleeding through of the printing ink as well as a minimal staining in the centre. Verso circumferentially matted at the margin. Otherwise very good condition. Not examined out of the frame
Frontispiece from the book volume "Daphnis et Chloé" with 47 illustrations. One of 60 signed copies with wide margins outside the edition of 250 copies without margins, which are signed only in the imprint, not on the individual sheets.
