Condition:
Minimal trace of handling in the lower left corner. Sheet minimally discoloured. Verso irregularly discoloured and remains of an old mounting. Otherwise in good condition.
In 1956, Tériade published an edition of the Revue Verve bible, for which Chagall composed 12 monochrome and 16 colour lithographs. An additional edition of 75 signed and numbered copies of these lithographs was produced separately from the bound book edition.
