Probably customs stamp with federal eagle top right and label of the Luitpold-Gruppe, Munich.
Condition:
Unevenly applied varnish, small retouchings in places in the bush upper left. Under UV light some spots appear in the area of the door, but in our opinion these are not worked-over, but areas intended by the painter with a colour tone inherent to the work.
Frame: Slightly worn, otherwise in good condition.
