FEMALE PORCELAIN NUDE "AFTER THE BATH".

Meissen.
Date: Before 1924.
Maker/Designer: Model R. Ockelmann, 1883.
Technique: Porcelain, enriched in colours and gold.
Description: Young woman standing on a round, profiled pedestal with a wave frieze. Further frieze in
relief with fish, reed and tridents. In order to put on a shoe, she has her right foot
resting on a rock overgrown with ivy. With her left hand she holds the second shoe and a
draped scarf.
Measurement: Height 37,5cm.
Mark: Swordsmak, M193b, porcelain former's no. 147, painter's no. 6.
