FIGURAL PORCELAIN CANDLESTICK WITH SHEPHERDESS.

Meissen.
Date: 19th century.
Maker/Designer: Model E.A. Leuteritz, 1863-1865.
Technique: Porcelain, enriched in colours and gold.
Description: Figurine of a shepherdess on a curved, quatrefoil-shaped rocaille base. She is leaning
against a trunk, holding fruit in her apron, a sheep lying at her feet. The trunk ending
in a candlestick spout.
Measurement: Height 36,5cm.
Mark: Swordsmark, F131, porcelain former no. 101, painter no. 22.
