PENDULUM CLOCK WITH ROOSTER.

Date: 19th century.
Technique: Porcelain, enriched in colours and gold.
Description: Curved shape on volute feet. The dial surrounded by applied blossoms above a finely
painted, gallant scene. The sides decorated with two cupids and a female allegory. At the
top a basket-shaped open-worked finial with a fully sculpted crowing rooster. 14-day
pendulum movement with spring suspension and half-hour strike on bell.
Measurement: Height 53cm.
Mark: Swordsmark with 2 grind marks, 2721.
Spring of the pendulum suspension broken and pendulum unfitting.
