PORCELAIN TANKARD WITH HUNTING SCENE.

Meissen.
Date: 19th century.
Technique: Porcelain, enriched in colours and gold.
Description: Conical shape with circumferential acanthus leaf relief over a slightly protruding foot.
Slightly domed lid with stylized pine cone knob. Gold decor on edges, relief border and
knob. The body and lid are decorated with circumferential, polychrome rococo-style hunting
scenes. In the background Moritzburg Castle near Dresden.
Measurement: Height (with lid) 16,5cm.
Mark: Swordsmark, 133, 162, 'R', all stamped.
