Technique: Porcelain, decorated with colors and gold.
Description: On oval rocaille base, the group gathered around a table with a monkey. The quack
triumphantly presents the extracted tooth of the patient who is holding a kidney bowl.
Measurement: 22x16x25,5cm.
Mark: Swordsmark, 73012, year mark for 1989.
This group is a variation of a group that Kaendler described in his work reports as follows:
"Ein Zahnarzt mit einer großen Peruque oder ein Markt Schreyer seine Medikamente anbietend, hat neben sich einen Tisch stehen, darauff medicamente liegen und einen Affen, welcher Arzenay hält, wie auch ein Arlequin in lustiger Positur, in seinem Huth Kräuter habend."
