SMALL BOWL 'RED DRAGON'.

Meissen.
Date: Around 1740.
Technique: Porcelain, decorated with gold and iron red.
Description: The shallow round bowl comes from the Saxon court service with 'Red Dragon'. In the center
there are 2 hôô birds circling each other. On the rim, 2 golden-scaled dragons are snaking
in between two ornamental fields with chinese luck symbols.
Measurement: Ø 19,5cm.
Mark: Swordsmark with owner's characters K.H.C. of the Royal Court Confectionery in Dresden.
