Condition:
Painting surface minimally stained. Protruding paint flakes and partial loss of paint in the depiction of the dog at lower left. Rising and fixed round spot in the centre of the frame of the house. Vertical crack in the wooden panel at the upper right of the picture running over about one third of the picture as well as two further small cracks in the wood at the upper right. Scratches at the upper right as well as at the upper and lower left margin.
Irregularly removed varnish.
Frame: Bumps and minimal chipping of paint.
