For each day from 1968 to 1979, the 12 volumes list every person On Kawara met on that day.

Outside the edition of 90 copies.

Provenance:
- Kasper König Collection, Berlin (directly from the artist)

- The 'I met' series was created because Kawara had difficulty memorising Western names
- He asked the people he met to write down their names or give him a business card
- Finally, he recorded the names in lists and notebooks
