Notation: Inscribed and signed lower right: Dies ist ein Original aus meiner Jugendzeit (1908-10?) OKokoschka.
Frame/Pedestal: Mat.
In the course of the subsequently added signature, Kokoschka noted that this study could be a work from the period between 1908 and 1910. In fact, it was created during his teaching at the Vienna School of Applied Arts in 1913.
