Penny Monogiou (*1989) lebt in Hamburg, wo sie als Künstlerin und Kuratorin arbeitet. Sie studierte an der Kunstakademie in Athen Malerei bei Professor Yannis Psychopedis sowie Video Art Animation. Ihre Arbeiten wurden teils in musealen Gruppen- und Einzelausstellungen auf Zypern, in Griechenland, Frankreich, Deutschland und der Türkei präsentiert. Sie wurde mit dem 1. Preis der VI. Studentenbiennale ausgezeichnet. Ihre Skulptur Through Time wurde für die Dauerausstellung auf dem Eleftherios Venizelos Airport in Athen ausgewählt.
