ORIENTAL STYLE ORANGE WATER SERVICE.

Brocard, Philippe-Joseph. 1831 Lüttich - 1896 Meudon.

Date: Around 1873.
Maker/Designer: Fittings by Christofle, Paris.
Technique: Colourless glass with enamel décor in turquoise and gold. Silver-plated and partially gilt metal fittings.
Description: Consisting of water pitcher, flacon for Fleur-d'oranger concentrate, sugar bowl and two
mugs with handles.
Measurement: Height 26,5/18,5/14,5/11/11cm.
Mark: 4 x marked: maker's mark Christofle with company name.

From the "Service verre d'eau Renaissance" series. It was first presented at the World Exhibition in Vienna in 1873.
