Frame/Pedestal: Framed behind glass.
Estate stamp of the artist lower right.
Condition:
Paper discoloured and slightly wavy. Numerous horizontal tears in the paint layer with paint flaking. In places folded on the card. Holes from drawing board pens in the corners.
Frame: Slightly stained, without larger paint chips.
The present drawing is a study, or - as the artist himself noted at lower left - a " Farb-Bildentwurf " for the painting "Kuhhandel II", which is offered under lot 6 in this ONLINE ONLY auction.
