SPIRAL SHAPED DIAMOND-RUBY-EAR-CLIPS.
Origin: Italy.
Date: Presumably ca 1980.
Material: 750/- white gold, hallmark.
Total Weight: ca. 41,0 g.
Measurement: Length ca. 6,5 cm.
Diamonds: Ca. 178 diamonds in brilliant-cut in total ca. 4,7 ct., H-J/VS-SI, 88 black diamonds in brilliant-cut in total ca. 1,7 ct.
Gemstones: Ca. 208/224 round, faceted rubies, in total ca. 6,7/6,2 ct. (je 0,03).
Description: The ruby-set beads are screwed to the diamond-set spirals and can be removed if desired. 1
black diamond missing.
Condition: good condition, traces of wear in the form of minor to major scratches.
Occasional casting spurs and small blackish flaws in the gold, probably unevenness in the
casting and signs of wear. The clips open and close easily.
