There is a further drawing verso.
Condition:
The right edge is frayed (presumably the sheet was taken from the sketchbook there). The uneven surface of the sheet is due to the creation process as the drawing verso was executed with ballpoint pen. Margins with slight sheetwear. Verso adhesive strips. Otherwise very good condition.
