Measurement: 50 x 40cm.
Notation: Signed and dated lower right: Champion 1934. As well as titled and inscribed on the verso (by a hand other than that of the artist?) 'In der Gärtnerei' Champion Düsseldorf-Oberkassel. As well as additional inscriptions by the prev.
Frame/Pedestal: Framed (57 x 47cm).
Condition:
Four overpainted losses of paint in the sky (maximum ca. 0.2 x 3cm). Minimal craquelure, protruding clod of paint and small paper loss in the centre right margin (ca. 0,1 x 0,1cm). Minimally stained canvas. Occasional slight stainings. Under UV light no retouches or overpaintings are visible. Otherwise in good condition.
