Title: "Baumvase".
Date: 1990.
Technique: Hollow tree trunk and bronze cast, painted in colour.
Measurement: Tree trunk: ca. 40,5 x 33 x 27cm. Cast: ca. 39,5 x 24 x 24cm.
Notation: Titled, inscribed, signed and dated on the underside of the cast: Baumvase ... (illegible) Thomas Virnich 1990, as well as titled, dated and inscribed on the underside of the tree trunk: Baumvase 1990 ... (illegible).
Condition:
Slight dust deposits in the depressions and signs of ageing on the tree trunk. Brown stain on the outside of the cast (due to the manufacturing process?). Dust deposits on the inside of the cast. Otherwise in good condition.
