Designed in 1959, this ring is one of the most popular designs by legendary jewellery designer Jean Schlumberger. His imaginative creations for Tiffany from 1956 onwards are unmistakable in their references to flora, fauna and even fabrics, which he transformed into surreal pieces of jewellery.
The cross-stitch motif in this ring was inspired by Schlumberger's family roots in the textile industry.
