Diamonds: 1 8/8- Cut diamond ca. 6,6 x 5,1 mm, 4 Old-Cut diamond Ø ca. 1,8 mm.
Gemstones: 1 round, faceted Sapphire Ø ca. 5,0 mm.
Condition:
Gold oxidizes in some places. One needle slightly bent. Second needle: head probably
later, brass-coloured soldering points clearly visible on the back. Gold of needle
discoloured. Sapphire with slight facetted edges bump.
