With the stamp of the 'Organisation für direkte Demokratie durch Volksabstimmung' and the stamp: "PRINCIPE D'EQUIVALENCE - CREATION PERMANENTE - BIEN FAIT - MAL FAIT - PAS FAIT" (with a checkmark next to "PAS FAIT").
