Technique: Oil on canvas, laid down on card, as well as oil on card, laid down on plywood.
Measurement: 26,5 x 55 and 22,5 x 36cm.
Notation: Signed lower left as well as lower right: A. Metzener.
Frame/Pedestal: Framed study.
Verso:
"Lenzerheide (Schweiz)" verso inscribed.
Condition:
"Lenzerheide (Schweiz)": Stained painting surface. Especially in upper margin there are dark remains and rubbings of the painting surface due to former framing.
Kühe auf der Wiese: Slightly stained painting surface.
Otherwise both works are in good condition and no work-overs are visible.
Frame: Slight loosening of the mitre, paper adhesive residues on the right as well as slight chippings of wood.
